Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Biology (M.Sc.) with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification
- NET or SET certification in Biology is desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Biology at the senior secondary level
- Strong subject matter expertise, pedagogical skills, and classroom management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
