- Valid TET or CTET certificate (not required, but desirable)
Good to Have:
- NET or SET certificate in Chemistry
- M.Ed. or M.A. in Education
- Experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level
- Familiarity with the West Bengal board curriculum and assessment patterns
