- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of Indian education system and pedagogy.
- Familiarity with TET and CTET guidelines (not required, but an asset).
- NET or SET certification (not required, but an asset).
