Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Teach Physical Education to classes in the school, designing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
Plan and supervise physical training sessions, including drills, games, and fitness routines, ensuring safety and inclusivity for all students.
Assess student performance, maintain accurate records of attendance and progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate inter‑school sports events and manage school sports teams, preparing them for competitions and representing the school in local tournaments.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate physical activities into broader educational objectives and support school health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum four years of experience in teaching Physical Education, preferably in a school setting.
Compensation
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month.
Employment Type
Full‑time, permanent position.
