Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute annual cultural programmes, including annual day functions and inter-house competitions. Manage costume procurement, stage decoration, and sound coordination with external vendors. Oversee student participation and ensure high standards in performances.
Train and mentor junior dance instructors or assistants hired for specific events. Conduct auditions for school dance teams and maintain records of student progress. Report directly to the vice-principal on all cultural event updates and resource requirements.
Liaise with parents during costume fittings and rehearsal schedules. Maintain inventory of dance equipment and props, ensuring timely repairs or replacements. Collaborate with the arts department to integrate dance with other cultural activities.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of three years of experience in dance instruction or cultural event management. Candidates with prior experience in school administration or event coordination will be preferred.
