About This Role
This Estate Manager position at St. Stephen School is responsible for overseeing the entire campus infrastructure and facilities. The role ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations. What You Will Do
Oversee all estate maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and civil repairs.
Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely service delivery for campus needs.
Monitor security arrangements and coordinate with local authorities when required.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and submit reports to the school administration.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, playgrounds, and hostel facilities.
Handle emergency situations like power failures or water leaks promptly.
Ensure compliance with fire safety and building norms as per local guidelines.
Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness across all campus areas.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least three years of estate management experience.
Experience in school or institutional campus administration preferred.
Good to Have
Postgraduate degree in relevant field.
Knowledge of local municipal and safety regulations.
Familiarity with maintenance software or digital tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to manage a team of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and school leadership.
Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected campus issues efficiently.
Organizational skills to plan maintenance schedules and budget allocations.

Salary range is Rs.15,000 to Rs.32,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
