NTT English Teacher Job in Nadia, West Bengal | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Kinder Bloom in Hanskhali uses digital smart boards, Google Classroom and a school LMS to blend face-to-face lessons with online follow-ups. This NTT English Teacher role is designed for an educator who can deliver phonics, grammar and reading activities through both traditional and screen-based methods.
How You Will Teach
Daily lessons will run on the school’s smart boards with digital storybooks and interactive grammar drills. You will create assignments in Google Classroom and upload audio clips for listening practice. Blended learning tasks include weekly LMS quizzes that students complete at home on tablets provided by Kinder Bloom.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly English plans aligned to the NTT curriculum and map them to the LMS calendar.
Record short pronunciation videos each Friday and upload them to the student portal for weekend review.
Run a 30-minute Google Meet story-telling session every Wednesday for absent students.
Grade LMS auto-graded quizzes and enter marks in the school ERP within 24 hours.
Organise monthly digital story-writing contests using Padlet and share top entries on the school website.
Conduct quarterly parent-teacher webinars via Google Meet to demonstrate student progress dashboards.
Maintain a shared Google Drive folder of lesson recordings, worksheets and audio books for substitute teachers.
Attend a weekly 30-minute tech huddle with the digital coordinator to review LMS analytics and adjust pacing.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in English or Education with minimum 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognised institution.
Two years of classroom teaching experience in English for classes Nursery to UKG.
Basic digital literacy: ability to operate smart boards, Google Classroom and simple video editing tools.
