About This Role
We require an experienced and enthusiastic NTT English Teacher to join our team at Kinder Bloom School in Hanskhali, Nadia. As an NTT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from classes VI to X, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students from classes VI to X.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Use a range of teaching strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and kindness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement whole-school English curriculum.
- Develop and lead extracurricular English activities that promote language skills and creativity.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events and activities to promote English language skills and cultural awareness.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in English from a recognized university.
- TET/CTET certification is desirable but not essential.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Perks and Pay
As an NTT English Teacher at Kinder Bloom School, you will receive a competitive salary of Rs.10,000 - Rs.15,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
