Role Summary

As a seasoned NTT Mathematics Teacher at Kinder Bloom, you will be an integral part of our Hanskhali school community, shaping young minds and fostering a love for Mathematics. This senior teaching position offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor junior colleagues, driving excellence in Mathematics education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach Mathematics to students of various skill levels, creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
2. Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, ensuring students meet the desired learning outcomes.
3. Coach students for board exams, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve academic success.
4. Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to plan and implement departmental goals, ensuring seamless curriculum delivery.
5. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Participate in curriculum development and review processes, ensuring Mathematics education remains relevant and effective.
7. Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results, as required by Kinder Bloom.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Preference given to candidates with TET or CTET certification, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality teaching practices
- Strong understanding of Mathematics pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment strategies
