Day-to-Day Duties

- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participating in school events and activities, including parent-teacher meetings and cultural programs.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in Bengali language and literature, and incorporating new ideas and approaches into the curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have:
- A post-graduate degree in Bengali, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching Bengali, with at least 4 years of experience in a senior role.
- A strong track record of leadership and management, with experience of mentoring and developing staff.
