As a PGT Business Studies Teacher Job in Nadia, you will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students from classes 11 and 12. Day-to-Day Duties
* Prepare and deliver lessons to classes 11 and 12, ensuring that the curriculum is covered in a timely and effective manner.
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding of Business Studies concepts.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement extracurricular activities related to Business Studies.
* Participate in school-wide events and activities that promote a culture of learning and community engagement.
* Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, empathy, and teamwork.
* Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning, and to communicate with students and parents.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching methods and Business Studies curriculum.
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
* At least three years of teaching experience as a PGT or equivalent role in a school setting.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is preferred but not necessary.
* Strong academic background and teaching skills, with the ability to engage students and promote a love of learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
