Assessment and feedback
Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams; provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement.
Exam preparation
Assist students in preparing for district, state, and national competitive exams, emphasizing problem‑solving skills.
Classroom management
Create a disciplined yet encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes participation and curiosity.
Professional development
Stay updated on modern teaching techniques and educational technology; attend workshops and seminars as required.
Student support
Identify learning gaps early and offer remedial sessions or study groups to ensure all students reach their potential.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing mathematical talent.
Compensation and location
Salary range: Rs.28,000 – Rs.55,000 per month.
