- Manage daily operations of the school and ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative activities
- Develop and implement school policies, strategies, and programs to achieve academic excellence and school growth
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among students, teachers, and staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and fiscal management of the school
- Supervise and evaluate administrative staff, including HR, finance, and facilities management
- Stay updated with the latest developments in education and implement best practices to enhance the school's reputation and quality
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement curriculum and assessment strategies
- Represent the school at local and national educational forums and events
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Education or a related field (M.Ed, MA Education)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a school or educational institution
- Proven track record of achieving academic excellence and driving school growth
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and community members
