What You Will Do
Plan and conduct dance sessions for grades 1 to 5 with clear learning outcomes. Choreograph short items for school functions and inter-house competitions. Organize annual dance day showcases involving students and parents. Maintain attendance registers and assess progress through observation checklists. Collaborate with music and art teachers for cross-curricular activities. Prepare students for external cultural events in Nadia and surrounding areas. Report student participation and behavior issues to the coordinator. Attend staff meetings and contribute to curriculum reviews.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be graduates with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Prior experience in school dance teaching is essential. TET/CTET is not mandatory but adds value.
