Job Overview

What You Will Do
* Plan and deliver English lessons to students in a supportive and inclusive environment
* Prepare and implement lesson plans using a range of teaching resources and technology

* Develop and implement engaging classroom activities and projects to promote student learning
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language policies
* Participate in school events and activities to promote student engagement and well-being
* Develop and maintain relationships with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of student progress
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in English language teaching and learning
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and programs
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
* TET or CTET qualification preferred
* 3 years of teaching experience in English at a school in West Bengal
Good to Have:
* Experience of teaching English to students with varying learning needs and abilities
* Knowledge of the English language curriculum and assessment frameworks in West Bengal
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and parents
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
* Excellent teaching and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary and Benefits
