Role Summary

Your Students

What You Will Do
- Design and deliver engaging Social Science lessons to students in Ranaghat I, Nadia
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and explore concepts
- Use a variety of teaching methods to reach students with different learning styles
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to school events
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance your skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results
- Foster a sense of community among students, parents, and teachers
- Develop and implement projects that promote Social Science learning and community engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Social Science or related field
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree required for teaching positions
- TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Social Science to students in Nadia
- Familiarity with the curriculum and assessment requirements in West Bengal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to student-centered learning and community engagement
