Role Summary

What You Will Do
1. Assist the School Principal in planning and implementing special education programs.
2. Coordinate with teachers to provide support to students with special needs.
3. Develop and maintain records of student progress and communication with parents.
4. Collaborate with the School Management to ensure compliance with state and national educational regulations.
5. Provide guidance to teachers on inclusive education practices.
6. Conduct assessments and develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
7. Liaise with external agencies to provide additional support services for students.
8. Represent the school in Special Educator Recruitment in West Bengal to promote inclusive education practices.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree and a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with TET/CTET qualification.
