Role Summary
As an experienced TGT Physics Teacher at St. Stephen School in Ranaghat I, Nadia, you will be responsible for imparting Physics education to students from Class VI to Class X. The candidate should have a passion for teaching Physics and be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students, ensuring that the curriculum is covered and students meet their learning objectives.
2. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding of Physics concepts.
3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
4. Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans and resources.
5. Provide support and guidance to students who require extra help outside of regular class hours.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
7. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
8. Coach students for board exams and prepare them for competitive exams like NEET and JEE.
Required Qualifications
1. Post-graduate degree in Physics or related field.
2. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
3. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a TGT Physics Teacher in a school.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
5. Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment procedures.
