- Provide individualized guidance and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement department-level activities and events.
- Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodology and academic planning.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote the use of Bengali language and literature.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Bengali (M.A.) or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree. You must also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Bengali to senior secondary students. CTET or TET certification is not required for this role.
