- Collaborate with other departments to integrate Political Science with other subjects, enhancing students' understanding and appreciation of social sciences.

Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Political Science (M.A. in Political Science) from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school, preferably with a focus on Political Science and social sciences.
- NET or SET certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the WBBSE and CISCE syllabi for classes 11 and 12.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching Political Science, with a focus on practical and theoretical aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior teachers and engage with parents.
