How You Will Teach
As a PGT Sanskrit Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to senior secondary students using a range of teaching tools and techniques. You will utilize smart boards to create interactive lessons, assign tasks and assessments through Google Classroom, and monitor student progress through our LMS. Our blended learning approach will enable you to strike a balance between traditional teaching methods and modern technology.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Sanskrit Teacher at Narayana School - Durgapur, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons on Sanskrit literature and grammar
- Using digital tools to create interactive lessons and assessments
- Providing one-on-one guidance and mentoring to students
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement departmental curriculum
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations of student progress
- Attending staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives
- Participating in parent-teacher conferences and communicating with parents through digital platforms
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance

Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Sanskrit or a related field (M.A., M.A. (Sanskrit))
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies in the classroom
Preferred Skills
We prefer candidates with the following skills:
- Strong digital literacy and experience with online teaching tools
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices
