Job Overview

Narayana School - Durgapur, a leading educational institution in Burdwan, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, seeks a dynamic and experienced Prt Academic Coordinator to lead its academic administration teams. The Prt Academic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day academic operations, ensuring seamless implementation of the school's academic policies, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the school's academic administration.
* Supervise and guide the academic team, comprising of Academic Incharge, Exam Cell, and other support staff.
* Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and parent-teacher interactions.
* Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
* Collaborate with the Principal and other senior administrators to plan and implement academic events, workshops, and conferences.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of academic data.
* Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and critical thinking among students, teachers, and staff.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions, organizations, and community groups to enhance the school's academic reputation and resources.

Required Qualifications

* Master's degree in Education or a relevant field from a recognized university.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a relevant teaching experience.
* NET/SET qualification is desired but not mandatory.
* At least 3 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a school setting.
* Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
