Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Computer Science Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Designing and delivering differentiated instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities
- Creating a supportive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their creativity
- Using technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences in Computer Science
- Developing and implementing assessments to measure student progress and understanding
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Providing individualized support to students who require extra help
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
Who Can Apply
To apply for this role, you should have a graduate degree and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET). You should also have at least 2 years of experience in teaching Computer Science to students in the age group of 6-14 years.
