Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology or related field.
- 2 years of experience in counseling or related field.
- Strong knowledge of child development and adolescent psychology.
Good to Have:
- Certification in Counseling or related field.
- Experience working with schools or educational institutions.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
