The ideal candidate should possess a postgraduate degree in Special Education or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also essential. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in educational software, is desirable.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in special education, preferably in an inclusive school setting.
* Knowledge of Indian Sign Language (ISL) or other sign languages.
