Maintain a log of all interactions in the school’s CRM system for future reference and follow-ups.
Follow up on pending admissions inquiries and assist prospective parents with queries about courses, facilities, and admission procedures. Escalate urgent issues raised by parents to the respective departments for quick resolution. Ensure timely response to emails and messages received through official school channels.
Conduct surveys to gather feedback on school services, teaching quality, and overall satisfaction. Share feedback with the leadership team to help improve operational efficiency and parent satisfaction. Assist in organizing parent-teacher meetings and other school events by coordinating schedules and reminders.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with at least 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or school administration are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is necessary to communicate effectively with the local community. Prior experience in an educational institution or handling parent communication will be preferred.
