Collaborate with the language team to curate a bank of supplementary reading materials in Hindi for enrichment.
Run remedial sessions on Google Meet for students scoring below 40% in periodic assessments.
Maintain a digital portfolio of student writing samples and audio recordings to showcase progress.
Coordinate with IT staff to troubleshoot basic LMS and smart-board issues during class.
Attend bi-weekly subject meetings in the staff room to align teaching strategies across sections.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or M.Ed with Hindi specialization.
