Day-to-Day Duties (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Mathematics, incorporating various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Conduct periodic assessments to measure student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate Mathematics curriculum and ensure seamless transitions between classes.
- Provide one-on-one support to students requiring extra help, and offer encouragement to those who need motivation.
- Utilize technology to enhance Mathematics teaching and learning, such as educational software and online resources.
- Participate in Mathematics-related school activities, such as math competitions and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assignments, and grades.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance in Mathematics.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
Eligibility

- Hold a post-graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
