Job Overview
Narayana School Bardhaman seeks an experienced Physical Education Teacher to lead our school's sports and physical education programs. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork among our students.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement physical education programs for students of all ages and skill levels
* Supervise and coordinate school sports events, tournaments, and competitions
* Manage school sports infrastructure, including the gymnasium, playground, and sports equipment
* Collaborate with school administrators to promote physical education and sports programs
* Monitor student participation and progress in physical education programs
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for physical education and sports programs
* Provide guidance and support to school staff and students on physical education and sports-related matters
* Maintain accurate records of student participation, attendance, and progress in physical education programs
* Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff and students on physical education and sports-related topics
* Establish and maintain partnerships with local sports organizations and communities to promote physical education and sports programs
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university
* At least 3 years of experience in physical education or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and community members
