Develop and update syllabus-aligned teaching materials, including worksheets, case studies, and real-world financial scenarios. Collaborate with the school’s curriculum team to refine Accountancy pedagogy, incorporating modern teaching methods like simulations and guest lectures. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss academic strategies and align teaching practices with school policies. Provide timely feedback on student assignments and exams, reinforcing learning through constructive criticism.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in term-end evaluations to assess student performance in Accountancy and recommend improvements in teaching methods. Organize departmental workshops to enhance teacher skills in Accountancy, sharing best practices and innovative teaching techniques. Contribute to school events like parent-teacher meetings, where you can discuss Accountancy curriculum progress and student achievements.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Accountancy or a related commerce stream. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Accountancy at the senior secondary level is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE syllabus for Accountancy will be an asset.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.30,000 to Rs.60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
