Additionally, you will utilize technology, such as multimedia presentations and online resources, to make learning more interactive and effective.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver English lessons for classes VI to XII
- Prepare and correct assignments, quizzes, and examinations
- Conduct literature discussions, debates, and role-plays
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English curriculum
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Supervise students during recess and other school activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Eligibility Criteria (English-specific degrees and certifications)
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a Master's degree in English (M.A. English) or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET examination.
