Smart Future Academy invites qualified candidates for a PRT Science Teacher position in Uttar Dinajpur. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator passionate about shaping young minds with hands-on science education in a rural school setting.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the West Bengal curriculum, covering physics, chemistry, and biology. Prepare interactive experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance learning, especially for students in grades 6 to 8. Collaborate with the science lab coordinator to ensure safe and well-equipped lab facilities for experiments. Assess student understanding through regular tests, projects, and practical evaluations while maintaining a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in school events like science fairs, workshops, and teacher training sessions to promote community engagement. Maintain accurate records of student progress and submit monthly reports to the principal as required.
Smart Future Academy values experienced educators who can inspire students through practical science teaching. A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, along with at least three years of teaching experience in science. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role. The PRT Science Teacher position offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with a location in Dinajpur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
