Job Overview
As a PGT Psychology Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students at Orkidpetals Playschool. We seek a passionate and experienced educator who can teach Psychology to Class 11 and 12 students, preparing them for competitive exams and fostering their critical thinking skills.
What You Will Do
- Teach Psychology to Class 11 and 12 students, developing engaging lesson plans and delivering interactive lectures.
- Assess student progress, identifying areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum frameworks.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for students and teachers on Psychology-related topics.
- Participate in school events and activities, promoting Orkidpetals Playschool's values and mission.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Psychology, incorporating new concepts and research into the curriculum.
- Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for teaching positions.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
