Key Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans that align with the school’s English curriculum and the needs of primary learners.
Use stories, poems, and interactive activities to make English engaging for young minds.
Provide extra support to students who need help with reading, writing, or speaking.
Assess student progress through regular classroom observations and simple assessments.
Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices in inclusive teaching.
Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a warm and encouraging environment.
Communicate openly with parents about student progress and classroom expectations.
Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings as required by Bl International School.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Preference will be given to candidates with CTET or TET certification.
Minimum two years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
