Eligibility
* Post-graduate degree (M.A., M.Sc, or M.Ed) from a recognized university
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
* 4 years of experience in a similar administrative/leadership role
* Familiarity with State Board of Bihar curriculum and regulations
* Strong understanding of educational policies and practices
* Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
* NET or SET certification will be an added advantage
