About Mbs Public School | Bharawara

Welcome to MBS Public School, Bharawara. From the moment I stood on the modest grounds of Singhwara block in Darbhanga district, I knew that this would be a place where children from the surrounding villages and the town of Darbhanga could find a steady footing in their early years. Our school began with a simple belief: that a child’s first encounter with learning should be both safe and stimulating. That belief guided us to open our doors to Upper Kindergarten students and to grow steadily up to Class 8, offering a continuous path of study without the disruption of changing schools.

Our classrooms are built around the CBSE framework, but we have woven in subjects that matter to our community. Children study English and Hindi side by side, learn the logic of Mathematics, explore the wonders of Science, and understand their roots through Social Studies and Sanskrit. Computer Science is introduced early, giving them a glimpse of the digital world that surrounds us. Each lesson is designed to be interactive, encouraging questions rather than rote memorisation, because I have seen first‑hand how curiosity fuels progress. The motto “Learn, Leap, Lead” is not just a slogan; it reminds us that learning must lead to confidence, that confidence must be turned into action, and that action ultimately shapes leaders.

Our teachers are the heart of this endeavour. We invest in regular professional‑development workshops so that they stay current with teaching methods and can respond to each child's needs. For those who qualify, we provide free accommodation, a modest gesture that helps us attract and retain dedicated staff who might otherwise be reluctant to move to this part of Bihar. The school environment is inclusive, welcoming children from all backgrounds—whether they come from farming families in the nearby fields or from the bustling streets of Darbhanga town. We strive to create a space where every child feels seen, heard, and encouraged to grow at his or her own pace.

As founder and principal, I watch each student take a step forward, whether it is mastering a new concept in Mathematics or delivering a short speech in English. Those moments reassure me that the purpose behind MBS Public School is being fulfilled: to give the children of Darbhanga Sadar a reliable foundation
