At Birla Open Minds International School on Loam Road, we need a dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our hostel facilities in Darbhanga Sadar. This role involves ensuring a safe, disciplined, and conducive environment for students staying in the hostel. You will be responsible for maintaining order, managing student accommodations, and enforcing rules while fostering a positive atmosphere.
The Hostel Warden will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as checking in and out of students, managing hostel records, and ensuring compliance with school policies. You will coordinate with staff to resolve any issues related to student behavior, discipline, or hostel facilities. This role also includes overseeing meals, cleanliness, and maintenance of hostel premises to meet high standards of hygiene and comfort.
Experience in managing student hostels or similar administrative roles is essential, as is a strong background in discipline and conflict resolution. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating with teachers and senior management to address student needs effectively. A graduate degree is required, with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Your responsibilities will include supervising student activities, ensuring security measures are in place, and reporting any incidents or concerns promptly. You will also assist in organizing hostel events and maintaining records for audits or inspections. This position offers a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 to Rs.38,000 per month, along with an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a well-regarded educational institution.
