Role Summary
The NTT Hindi Teacher will plan and conduct daily classroom activities for nursery and kindergarten children in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design age-appropriate Hindi lessons using rhymes, flashcards, and simple conversation practice.
2. Organize storytelling sessions in Hindi that capture young learners’ interest and build vocabulary.
3. Introduce basic Hindi phonics through games and repetition to improve pronunciation.
4. Lead circle time with Hindi songs and action rhymes to strengthen listening and speaking skills.
5. Plan monthly Hindi-themed activities such as puppet shows or picture-telling to keep learning lively.
6. Observe each child’s Hindi progress and share brief notes with parents every two weeks.
7. Set up Hindi corners in the classroom with labeled objects to reinforce daily vocabulary.
8. Participate in school festivals and assemblies where Hindi recitations or songs are performed.
9. Attend weekly teacher meetings to discuss Hindi curriculum updates and classroom ideas.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Hindi or relevant field from a recognized Indian university
Minimum two years of teaching experience in nursery or kindergarten
Familiarity with early childhood teaching methods and classroom management
Ability to speak, read, and write Hindi fluently with clear pronunciation
Willingness to work in Baheri, Darbhanga, Bihar
Good to Have
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or NTT certification
Basic knowledge of activity-based learning and playful teaching techniques
