Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities
Conduct engaging history lessons for classes IX to XII, following the state curriculum and school syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, class activities, and assessment materials that align with learning objectives. Use primary and secondary sources to develop critical thinking and analytical skills among students. Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to the department head. Participate in school meetings, parent‑teacher interactions, and extracurricular history projects as required.
Student Support
Provide individual guidance to students needing additional help with historical concepts. Offer constructive feedback on assignments and exams. Encourage students to explore research topics and present findings in class presentations or school exhibitions. Monitor class dynamics to ensure a respectful and focused learning environment.
Curriculum Development
