TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Experience in managing sports departments or related administrative tasks is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills are essential to handle scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communications effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced school environment is crucial. Knowledge of local sports regulations and community outreach strategies will be an asset. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with basic proficiency in Bhojpuri beneficial for Nardiganj’s community engagement.
