Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all school activities, including admissions, examinations, and extracurricular programmes, ensuring they run smoothly each day.
- Lead and evaluate teaching and support staff, conduct performance reviews, and arrange professional development sessions.
- Manage the school budget, approve expenditures, and monitor financial health while maintaining compliance with state education regulations.
- Liaise with parents, local authorities, and community partners to address concerns, promote school initiatives, and strengthen relationships.
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance, safety protocols, and the implementation of technology and classroom resources.
- Prepare and present regular reports on academic performance, attendance, and other key indicators to the school board.
- Resolve disciplinary issues, enforce school policies, and uphold a culture of respect and responsibility among students and staff.
Required Experience & Qualification
- Minimum four years of experience in school administration or a senior leadership role.
- Post‑graduate qualification (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, etc.) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of the Bihar education system and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Salary
- Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.90,000 to Rs.130,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
