Role Summary
St Josph Public School is looking for an experienced NTT Hindi Teacher to lead the Hindi department for younger learners. Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for NTT classes using stories, rhymes, and interactive activities. Lead curriculum development for Hindi in the nursery to upper kindergarten segment with age-appropriate resources. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to parents during PTMs in Hindi for better clarity. Coach students for upcoming Hindi recitation and storytelling competitions within the school. Prepare simple worksheets and flashcards aligned with the NTT Hindi syllabus. Assist in organizing annual Hindi Diwas events and cultural programs at St Josph Public School. Support Hindi teachers in grades 1 and 2 with remedial sessions if required. Maintain clean, language-rich classroom corners with posters and charts for vocabulary building.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Hindi teaching experience in pre-primary or NTT settings. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role. Familiarity with Bihar state board Hindi curriculum will be an added advantage. Basic computer skills for preparing teaching aids and maintaining records.
