- Evaluate and improve dance programs based on student feedback and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Dance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dance administration, management, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with dance programs and performances is an added advantage.
