Must Have: Minimum 3 years of experience in school music coordination.
Must Have: B.Ed or D.El.Ed from NCTE-approved institution.
Good to Have: TET or CTET certification.
Good to Have: Experience working in Bihar’s school music programs.
Preferred Skills
Leadership to guide junior music staff and student performers.
Management of schedules, budgets, and equipment procurement.
Strong communication to coordinate with parents and local cultural bodies.
