About This Role
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced PGT History Teacher to join our faculty at Bps School. As a PGT History Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching History to students in grades 9-12, creating engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.
What You Will Do
- Teach History to students in grades 9-12
- Create and implement lesson plans for History classes
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and manage classroom resources
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events
- Maintain accurate attendance and student records
- Communicate with parents and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and changes
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in History, with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with a strong track record of academic achievement. Preference will be given to candidates with a TET/CTET certification.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.40,000 - Rs.70,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
