About This Role
Modern School Of Science & Technology uses interactive smart boards, Google Classroom, and a custom learning management system to bring history lessons to life. As a PGT History Teacher you will deliver post-graduate level content with the same digital tools students use in science labs. Your classroom will feel like a blended space where primary sources meet multimedia timelines.
How You Will Teach
History Teacher Job in Siwan means blending traditional narratives with 360-degree videos of archaeological sites. You will design Google Classroom assignments that require students to upload short documentaries made from archival photographs. Smart boards become battle maps where students drag troop movements in real time. Weekly quizzes run on the LMS so you can spot weak themes immediately.
What You Will Do
Create and upload micro-lectures on the LMS for flipped classroom sessions.
Run live Google Meet debates where students argue as historical figures using breakout rooms.
Curate a digital archive of Siwan’s local history sourced from district records and oral histories.
Train students to use free GIS tools to map ancient trade routes across Bihar.
Set up WhatsApp study groups for last-minute doubt clearing before exams.
Upload weekly current-affairs videos linking past events to today’s headlines.
Conduct virtual museum tours of Delhi’s National Museum for medieval India lessons.
Grade assignments directly on Google Classroom to give instant feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in History with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution.
At least 4 years of full-time teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
Preference for candidates with State TET or CTET certification.
