Assisting in exam preparation for board and competitive exams, including JEE Mains and other state-level entrance tests.
Collaborating with subject coordinators to review and update syllabi, ensuring they meet the latest academic benchmarks and school expectations.
Participating in school events, including science fairs, math competitions, and teacher-student interaction programs, to foster a culture of curiosity and critical thinking.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for teaching positions at St. Xaviers High School. At least two years of experience in teaching mathematics at the higher secondary level is required, preferably in a school environment.
While TET/CTET certification is not strictly mandatory, it is highly recommended for candidates aiming to enhance their teaching credentials in Bihar.
Compensation and Location
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs. 38,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, along with benefits such as allowances and a conducive work environment.
