Assisting in the preparation of school-level examination papers and conducting regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with the Mathematics Department Head to review teaching materials, adopt new educational tools, and participate in professional development workshops.
Maintaining a structured classroom environment that promotes discipline, respect, and a positive learning atmosphere while adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse student abilities.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for this position. A valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
At least two years of teaching experience in a school setting, particularly in mathematics or a related subject, is essential. Experience in working with students in the specified age group is highly valued.
Compensation and Location
