About This Role
As a PRT Dance Teacher at Vardhman Vidya Peeth English Medium School in Balod, Chhattisgarh, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young students through the art of dance. How You Will Teach

- Plan and deliver Dance lessons to students from 1st to 5th standard, using the National Curriculum Framework for Arts Education as a guide.
- Develop and teach Dance routines and performances that showcase students' skills and creativity.
- Create and manage the Dance curriculum, including lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations.
- Use a variety of teaching tools and resources to support Dance instruction, including props, costumes, and music.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Dance with other subjects, such as Music, Theater, and Art.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Dance appreciation and participation among students.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about Dance activities and progress.
- Participate in Dance-related school events and activities, such as concerts, festivals, and competitions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement in Dance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dance Education and incorporate new ideas and approaches into your teaching.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Dance or a related field, such as M.A. in Dance or M.Sc. in Dance.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Dance or a related field, such as B.Ed in Dance or D.El.Ed in Dance.
- NET or SET in Dance or a related field, such as NET in Dance or SET in Dance.
- CTET or TET is not mandatory for this role.
Skills We Value
- Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum Framework for Arts Education and the CBSE Dance curriculum.
- Experience of teaching Dance to students from 1st to 5th standard.
