Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to track progress, identifying weak areas and providing timely interventions. Share detailed feedback with students and parents during PTMs in Hindi or English as needed.
Organize Science exhibitions and quiz competitions to encourage practical learning beyond textbooks. Collaborate with other TGT teachers to plan inter-house Science fairs and inter-school competitions.
Prepare students for NTSE, Olympiad, and board exam patterns, focusing on conceptual clarity over rote learning. Ensure lab equipment is used safely and maintained with the help of lab assistants.
What You Will Do
Address doubts during and after school hours, especially for students preparing for competitive exams. Attend subject-specific training sessions organized by Delhi Public School to stay updated on new teaching methods.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Integrated Science) with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized university is mandatory.
